Get ready for an electrifying experience that’s perfect for lifters of all levels! Cherokee Barbell Strength and Nutrition proudly presents the 4th ANNUAL Merry Liftmas, an extraordinary weightlifting competition that will leave you buzzing with energy.
We’ve been celebrating Merry Liftmas since 2019, and we have turned our fantastic event into an epic showdown to honor our athletes’ year-round dedication. And guess what? We’re opening the doors to our amazing community!
Event Details:
📆 Date: December 16th (Saturday) 📍 Location: Cherokee Barbell Strength and Nutrition
Here’s the tentative schedule that’ll have you pumped up:
🌟 Session One – All Youth:
- Weigh-in: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Lift: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
🌟 Session Two – Youth and Female:
- Weigh-in: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lift: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌟 Session Three – All Male:
- Weigh-in: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Lift: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
And here’s the best part: Depending on the number of sign-ups, we might even have a fourth session! But don’t worry; we’re keeping these sessions small, with a maximum of 10-11 athletes each.
Oh, and remember, this meet is USAW sanctioned, so USAW membership is a must.
