FREE OPEN HOUSE During The Open House, Coaches will focus on technique improvement for the snatch and the clean-and-jerk, fundamental elements of each lift, and drill movements to help improve your body mechanics, timing, and speed to perform the lifts in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Registration is now open for our 6-week strength program. Starting October 3rd through November 10th, every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Available for both in-person and remote coaching, this program is designed to help athletes improve their overall strength, mobility, and conditioning.

The program focuses on overall strength and conditioning. Using proven methods of progressive overload, Coach AyseSukola has applied for for this program to develop multiple national-level athletes. If your strength is holding you back, this is the program for you.
